Cancellation

We do require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointments.

We ask that you either cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

You can do that via your confirmation text that goes out 48 hours prior to your appointment or text (978) 384-6404

Any appointment that is no-showed will be subject to a $50 service fee.

You will be sent a confirmation text 48 hours prior to your appointment, you may receive another 24 hours hour later if left unconfirmed.
